½ lb. salt pork
2 large onions
5 lbs. potatoes, peeled and diced
2 ½ pounds Haddock or Cod
1 quart light cream
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown salt pork cut in cubes. Remove from pan and drain. Saute 2 onions cut in small pieces.
2. Peel and cube potatoes. Place washed potatoes in large pan.
3. Place fish on top of potatoes and add salt pork and onions. Add a small amount of water to cover potatoes.
4. Cook until potatoes are soft. Add light cream and butter.
