5 Lbs. of Potatos
1/2-3/4 jar of Hellmans mayonaise
6 eggs boiled and chopped
6 pieces of bacon cut in peices
1 large onion
2 tbsp wine vinager
1 TSb sugar
4-5 stalks celery ( cut in small pieces)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash potatoes and boil
2. Peel potatoes and cut into pieces while potatoes are still warm
Layer the following: potatoes, bacon grease, bacon pieces, eggs, celery, onions and salt and pepper

Mix approximately a 1/2 jars of Hellman’s with vinegar and sugar and then blend mayo mixture into potato mixture. If necessary add more mayo mixture the next day.

Note: Important that you do not let potatoes cool before mixing other ingredients.

This should be made the day before you are going to eat it. Flavor sets in overnight in refrigerator
