CRUST & TOPPING:
2 c butter, softened
1 c sugar
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
2 t vanilla
4 c flour
FILLING:
11.75 oz jar strawberry ice cream topping or preserves
1 c white chocolate or vanilla chips
1/8 c (2T) whipping cream
1/2 t vanilla
2 t sea or Kosher salt

PREHEAT 325º. Spray 9X13 pan with PAM.
Combine butter and sugars in mixing bowl. Beat MED till light and creamy. Add vanilla. Add flour gradually. Will be soft. Take a generous 1 c to form loose ball and wrap in plastic and refrig. Press rest of it in bottom of pan. Bake 20 min. Cool crust for 15 mins. Put strawberry, chips, and cream and mix together. Heat MW for 1 min/1min, then 20/20 if needed. Mix. Add vanilla. Pour over crust and smooth. Sprinle salt over this. Crumble refrig dough over top. Bake 25-30 mins till light golden brown. Cool on rack 20-30 min. Add strawberry around on plate if desires.
