4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter - softened
2 tbs shortening
1/2 brown sugar
2 eggs
2 (7 ounce) boxes Jiffy Raspberry Muffin Mix
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together cream cheese, butter, shortening, and brown sugar until just combined. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each. Fold in muffin mix and flour until combined. Stire in white chocolate chips and chill dough for at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly grease baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray. Roll dough into 1" balls and place on baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or just until the edges are golden brown.
