1 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 c softened butter
1 beaten egg
1 t milk

2 c peeling and finely diced rhubarb
1 sm pkg strawberry jell-O
1 c sugar
1/2 c flour
1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 c softened butter

Directions:
Directions:
PREHEAT 350º.
Mix flour and sugar, powder and salt. Cut in butter till crumbly. Whip up eggs and add milk. Add this to mixture and stir. Spray 9X9 pan with PAM (or 8X8 but full). Spread out and press down. Sprinkle rhubarb and sprinkle with Jell-O powder. Put 1 c sugar, 1/2 c flour and cinnamon in bowl. Cut in butter till crumbly. Scatter this on top. Bake 45 min till brown. Cool on rack. Cut to brownie size. Can dust with powdered sugar.
