BOTTOM LAYER:
1/2 c butter
1 oz sq unsw chocolate
1/2 c sugar
1 c flour
1 t baking powder
1 c chopped nuts
1 t vanilla
2 eggs
CREAM CHEESE LAYER
6 oz cream cheese, softened (divided 6 oz for this layer)
1/4 c butter, softened
1/4 c sugar
2 T flour
1/2 t vanilla
1 beaten egg
1/2 c chopped nuts
1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 c miniature marshmallows
FROSTING
1/4 c butter
1 oz sq unsw chocolate
2 oz cream cheese
1/4 c milk
1 t vanilla
1 lb powd sugar
Directions:
Directions:
PREHEAT 350º.
In saucepan, put butter and choc over heat till melts. Stir in sugar. Combine flour, powder and nuts. Add to chocolate. Stir in vanilla and eggs. Spread in greased and floured 9X13 pan.

Combine cr cheese, butter, sugar, flour and vanilla. Add eggs. Mix in nuts. Spread over chocolate layer. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake 350 for 20-25 min. Sprinkle marshmallows and bake 2 min.


Mix frosting and put on top. Will spread. Cut into bars when set.
