20 pieces hard candy (eg. jolly ranchers)
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup butter (softened)
3/4 cups sugar
1 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 egg yolks
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to blend flour, butter and sugar
2. Mix in cream cheese, egg yolk and vanilla until combined
3. Gather the dough into a ball and chill for 15 minutes
4. Meanwhile, place each color of candy into separate ziplock bags and crush by pounding gently with a rolling pin
5. Preheat your oven to 375F degrees
6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
7. Remove dough from fridge and roll out to 1/4 inch thickness
8. Use cookie cutters to create cookie outlines
9. Cut out smaller shapes from the center of each cookie
10. Bake for 6 minutes and remove from oven.
11. Add crushed candy to centers of cookies
12. Then bake for 4-5 more minutes until candy has melted
13. Cool on a wire rack
