1 cup water
3 cups sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 lb. raw peanuts
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first 3 ingredients to 250 on cooking thermoneter
Add nuts and cook to 300 degrees stirring constantly
Remove from heat
Add remaining ingredients
Stir until foamy and pour on buttered pan (cookie sheet) in very thin layers
Cool about 30 minutes and break up.
