1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup catsup
1/2 cup salad oil
1 tablespoon mustard
dash of minced onion
dash of garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Stir ingredients together and refrigerate in bowl overnight. Then heat in slow cooker or pan and add cut-up hot dogs.
