4 Bone-in Pork Loin Chops
2 T Flour
1 t Salt
½ t Ground mustard
¼ t Allspice
¼ t Ground pepper
4 T Apple jelly
4 Fresh lemon slices

Directions:
Directions:
Heat enough vegetable oil to cover bottom of frying pan over medium high heat until it begins to smoke. While heating pan, mix all dry ingredients in bowl. Coat tenderized and flatten pork chops in flour mixture consisting of all dry ingredients. Salt and pepper before placing in frying pan. Brown one side then turn, add one tablespoon of apple jelly and one lemon slice to each chop. Brown for two minutes. Turn temperature down to low. Place tight lid on pan for 20 minutes basting every 5 minutes. Serve over steamed white rice. (Note: If cooking less than 4 chops, use the same amount of dry ingredients.)
