1 Cup Butter
1 Pkg 3 Oz Cream Cheese
1 Cup Sugar
1 Large Egg, Beaten
1 Tbls Lemon, Juice
1 Tsp Lemon, Rind
1 Tsp Lemon, Extract
2 ½ Cups Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter and cream cheese. Add sugar; cream thoroughly. Add egg, lemon juice, extract and rind; blend well. Add sifted flour and baking powder.
