2 cups cooked rice
3 T. butter
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 small jar Cheez-Whiz or 1 roll garlic cheese
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can mushroom stems and pieces
4 strips bacon, cooked crispy
red and black pepper, a little salt, a little Tony's

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw broccoli in 2 cups of water that have been brought to a boil. While thawing broccoli, saute onions and celery. Add soup and cheese. Simmer for a minute or tow, then add thawed broccoli, which has been well drained, and rice. Season well with red and black pepper, salt and Tony's. Place in casserole dish and crumble bacon on top. Bake about 20 minutes in 375º oven. Can be made ahead of time to freeze before baking or can be made the day before serving.
