1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tarter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites, unbeaten
1/2 c. boiling water
Directions:
Directions:
1. Put sugar, cream of tarter, vanilla and egg whites in bowl and mix
2. Add boiling water and beat until mixture stands in stiff peaks
3. May add coloring, coconut, nuts or bananas
