1/2 c. corn syrup
1 1/2 c. molases or sorghum
1 T. vinegar
1 tsp. fat
Pinch of baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Boil first 3 ingredients until brittle when dropped in cold water - (132C). This is the crack stage. Add fat and soda. Remove from fire and beat well and pour into greased pans. When cool pull until light in color. Cut in 1 inch pieces.
