2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup shortening
2 eggs
4 tsp. orange rind
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 cups rolled oats.
Directions:
Directions:
Blend first 5 ingredients. Add the next 4 ingredients. Stir in the rolled oats.
Drop onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 F. for 12-15 minutes.
