1 Large Head Cabbage
6 Large Onions
6 Red Peppers (sweet)
6 Green Peppers (sweet)
1/2 Cup Salt
6 Cups White Sugar
1/4 Cup White Mustard Seed
2 T Celery Seed

Directions:
Directions:
Put the vegetables through the grinder. Sprinkle them with 1/2 Cup Salt and let stand over night. Drain WELL and cover with cold vinegar and 6 Cups of white sugar.

Add the mustard seed and celery seed.

Stir 3 or 4 times each day for 3 days. Seal in Jars.
