2 large eggs
1/2 cup Trim Healthy Mama Baking Blend
Pinch of Mineral Salt
1/2 tsp. each garlic powder and onion powder
1 tsp. aluminum-free baking powder
2 Tbsp. grated cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. cold butter, cut into small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º.
Mix the egg, Baking Blend, salt, seasonings, and baking powder in a medium bowl, until a soft dough forms (it will be sticky). Gently fold in the cheese and butter.
Coat 4 holes of a 8-cup muffin tin with cooking spray. Divide the dough into 4 balls and drop them into the 4 holes.
Bake for 15 minutes.
