Peanut Butter Cookies

2 sticks of butter
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:

preheat oven 375
mix first 6 ingredients first
Add the rest of ingredients
mix well
Roll into balls and press down with a fork dipped in sugar and flour.
Bake for 10-12 minutes
