1 cup vinegar
¼ cup water
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pickling spice
2 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash peppers, Pack tightly in jar. Heat the above ingredients to boiling. Pour over peppers to within 1 inch of top of jar. Put on cap, and screw band firmly tight. Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
