1/2 cup of butter unsalted
1/2 cup of onions chopped
2 cloves of garlic
2 cups of sour cream
2 tsps of lemon juice
2 tsps of curry powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp of ginger
1/2 tsp pepper
3 cups of boiled and peeled shrimp (about 2lbs of whole shrimp)

saute onions until translucent
add garlic until soft
stir in sour cream then add all other ingredients and cook over med heat for about 20 minutes

serve over rice and garnish with green onion
