1 lb of smoked sausage
1lb of shrimp peeled
1/2 cup olive oil
3 onions
1 bell pepper
1 garlic
1 celery
1 can of rotel
1 can of whole tomatoes (14 1/2 oz)
1 and 1/4 can of tomato paste
2 teaspoons of corn starch
5 cups of cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
brown sausage in olive oil and remove
sauté trinity in same pan until translucent
add garlic and sauté until soft
add rotel, tomatoes,tomato paste, and sausage then simmer for about 30-45 minutes

add 1 cup of water to cornstarch mix and then add to pot and simmer for 20 minutes

add shrimp about 15 minutes before ready then add cooked rice and mix all together and place in large serving pan
