2-3 sticks of butter
2-3 lbs of unpeeled shrimp
Black pepper
1 tsp of crab boil
1 tsp of Worcestershire
1 tbs of Tony's or Emeril's essence seasoning

French Bread for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven at 400 degrees
in baking pan place shrimp in bottom
mix liquid ingredients together and sprinkle over shrimp
cover shrimp in black pepper. when you think you've put enough add a lot more.
add tony's or emeril's essence
cut butter and distribute throughout pan
place into over for 20 minutes

Serve in a bowl for each person and add some of the sauce from the pan. Have some French bread ready as well for dipping into the bowl while eating the shrimp.

In New Orleans, BBQ shrimp isn't actually barbecued on the grill- it's broiled or baked. My Grandma Leah kept it simple with most of her recipes, this one is no exception. Enjoy!
