1 ½ cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 can fruit cocktail (do not drain juice)

Stir all together in bowl. Pour into an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle top with brown sugar. Bake in 325 deg oven for 40 min.

In sauce pan mix:
¾ cup sugar
½ cup evaporated canned milk
1 square margarine
Boil for 2 minutes. Pour over cake while both are hot. Cool. Serve with dab of whipped cream.
