3 cups milk scalded

In casserole dish add:

3 eggs beaten
½ cup sugar
dash of salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Slowly add hot milk to egg mixture. Sprinkle dash of nutmeg on top. Bake in covered dish placed in hot water in 350 deg. oven for 45 minutes
