1 1/4 c. Sugar
6 heaping T. Flour
5 c. Cut up rhubarb
Double pie crust.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and flour and mix well. Place crust in pie pan. Put about 1/4 cup of the sugar mixture on bottom of the pie shell. Add about half of the rhubarb into the pie shell. Next add about half of remaining sugar mixture. Put remaining rhubarb and finish with rest of sugar mix. Put top crust on pie and crimp. Cut slits in top of pie for venting. Preheat oven to 450 º. Put tinfoil around edges of pie. Place pie on cookie sheet in case it should bubble over. Bake for 15 minutes at 450º then reduce the heat to 350º and continue baking for 1 hour.
