Ingredients:	Ingredients: CRUST LAYER: 1-1/2 c pecans, chopped 1-1/2 c plain flour 1-1/4 sticks butter or margarine, melted FILLING LAYER: 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened 1 c confectioners sugar, sifted 1-1/2 c whipped topping (Cool Whip) PUDDING LAYER: 1 large box instant pudding (chocolate or butterscotch or lemon) 2-3/4 c whole milk GARNISH LAYER: 1/2 to 1 c whipped topping (I use Cool Whip) Chopped nuts Chocolate curls

Directions:	Directions: Preheat oven to 350˚F. Mix crust ingredients together, press in bottom of oblong Pyrex dish. Bake approximately 25 minutes. Cool completely on a rack. Beat cream cheese with sugar until blended; mix in first Cool Whip. Spread filling evenly over completely cooled crust layer. Combine instant pudding and milk, mixing on low speed until thick, about 2 minutes. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with second Cool Whip. Garnish with chopped nuts and chocolate curls, or chocolate sauce, etc. Refrigerate leftovers — if there are any!
