2 stalks Kale
2 Romaine Lettuce Hearts
1/8-1/4 Head Cabbage
1/4 Red Onion
2-4 Radishes
Kalmata Olives
Costco large Green stuffed Olives
2 large handfuls of Spring Mix

Sweet Golden Herb Salad Dressing

Organic Kolios Brand Feta
1 teaspoon Crushed or Sifted Rosemary
2 pinches Dried Thyme

Directions:
Remove leaves from Kale stalks and slice thin. Remove any unusable outer leaves from Romaine and cut off 1/2-1 inches from tops of stalks. Slice1/2 inch thick. Remove outer leaves and slice cabbage to ribbon thickness. Slice Red Onion into 1-1/2 inch pieces. Remove ends and thinly slice radishes. Cut olives in half and combine all the above with Spring Mix.


Mix in Sweet Golden Herb Salad Dressing or if you will not be eating it all now, serve dressing on the side. Top with crumbled feta cheese, 1 teaspoon crushed rosemary and 2 pinches of dried thyme.
