3 T. olive oil
3 T. butter
1 lb. button mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
1 T. red wine
1 T. teriyaki sauce, or more to taste
1/4 t. garlic salt, or to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil and butter, in large saute pan over medium heat. Cook and stir mushrooms, garlic, wine, teriyaki sauce, garlic salt, and black pepper in the hot oil an butter until mushrooms are lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer until mushrooms are tender, 5 - 8 more minutes.

A tip: The first time I made this I used the fat renderings from the brisket that I also made that day for dinner. I added a little butter to the rederings, but the flavor of the brisket fat was delicious.
