1 dozen eggs
¼ c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 tsp. extra hot horseradish
⅛ tsp. salt
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan cover eggs completely with water. On med-high heat bring
to a full boil. Boil for 8 minutes. Remove from heat and drain off water. Pour
cold water over eggs. Set aside to cool for 15 minutes. Crack and remove shells,
cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks gently with a small
spoon into a small mixing bowl. Add rest of ingredients mash and mix well.
Using a small spoon refill eggs with heaping amount of mixture and place on
serving dish. Lightly sprinkle with Paprika. Cover and refrigerate until ready
to serve. Makes 24 appetizers.
