1/2 c. flour, leveled
1 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 5 sheets)
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. quick-cooking oats
1/3 c. butterscotch morsels
1 t. baking powder
1 T. vegetable oil
1½ t. vanilla extract
2 large egg whites
cooking spray
1 T. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients, stirring with a whisk. Set aside.
Combine oil, vanilla and egg whites and add to flour mixture, stirring just until blended. Lightly coat hands with cooking spray. Press batter evenly into an 8" square baking pan that has been coated with cooking spray. Bake for 18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Sift powdered sugar on top.
