1 C. powdered sugar
1 C. white sugar
1 C. butter
1 C. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
4 C. flour
4 heaping tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix well. Roll into balls and press with bottom of a glass. Sprinkle wth sugar. Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes.
