Beef Eye Round Roast
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
carrots
potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in pan. Surround with prepared carrots and potatoes. Pour soup over all, then sprinkle with onion soup mix on top. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 325 for 3-4 hours.
