Cake:
1.5 cups sugar
1 stick butter
1 egg
pinch salt
1 cup sour milk/buttermilk
2 cups flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. vanilla
2 cup rhubarb


Crumble Toping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 T. butter
2 t. cinnamon

Serve with:
Cool Whip

Mix all cake ingredients except rhubarb. Mix well. Add rhubarb. Top with topping mixture.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with Cool Whip.
