young beet top leaves
Parsley
a few dill sprigs
Cabbage
Romaine
Homemade Fermented Ranch Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Select the top young small leaves from growing beets. Add to bowl. Clip the stems off of there parsley and add to bowl. Cut several times with scissors. Add thinly slice cabbage and 1/2 sliced romain leaves so you have 2/3 Cabbage to 1/3 Lettuce.

Serve with homemade ranch dressing or other.
