wet ingredients
1 cup cooked black beans
1 cup cooked small red beans or kidney beans
1 white potato or sweet potato peeled and cooked
1 tbsp liquid aminos
1 tbsp vegan worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp refined coconut oil
1 tsp hot sauce
1/2 cup canned beats
1 tbsp dijon mustard

Dry ingredients
1/3 cup raw cashews
1 cup oats
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
chipotle pepper flakes to sprinkle on top (optional)

Mash up all the wet ingredients with potato masher.Leave a little of the beans and beets in chunks.In a food processor pulse the dry ingredients until they make bread like crumbs. Add the dry to the wet. Shape into patties and fry in a little avocado oil or oil of choice.Freeze the leftover patties.
