1 qt. milk
3/4 c. rice
1/4 c. sugar

1/2 pt. cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Bring milk to a boil and add sugar and rice.
Lower temperature to simmer and cook until rice is done; stirring occasionally. Cool in flat dish.


Next, whip the cream. Add vanilla and powdered sugar.

Fold rice and whipped cream mixture together and serve with raspberry sauce.
