1 head cabbage 1 large onion 1 large can V-8 juice 1 lb. ground meat garlic 1/2 cup raw rice
Cut up the cabbage and onion. Brown the meat with a little onion and garlic. Mix in the raw rice. Put cabbage and the remainder of onion in a large casserole dish. Pour the meat mixture over the cabbage. Pour V-8 juice all over it. Cover with foil and bake at 375º for 1 1/2 hours or longer.
