6 hard boiled eggs
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise (or half mayo and half Miracle Whip- Lisa's version)
small squirt yellow mustard
salt and pepper to taste
paprika

Directions:
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Place whites on serving dish. Mash yolks with a fork until crumbled. Mix with relish, mayo, mustard, salt and pepper. Fill eggs with mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.

According to Food Network: You can avoid the yolk migrating to one side of the egg by turning the egg carton on it's side for a couple hours in the fridge before boiling. Try it!
