2 (10 oz.) packages frozen chipped broccoli, cooked and drained. 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. grated medium cheddar cheese, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, 2 eggs, lightly beaten, 2 c. crushed Ritz crackers, 2 tbsp. butter, melted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degree. Spray a 13 by 9 inch baking dish with vegetable oil cooking spray. Large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, mayonnaise, cheese, soup and eggs. Mix well. Pour mixture in baking dish. Top with crush Ritz crackers. Bake for 35 min. or until browned.
