1c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
6 t. unsalted butter melted
2/3 c. light brown sugar packed
1 x large egg
1 1/2 t. vanilla
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.In a medium bowl, whip flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl whip butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture. Add the oats, the raisins and chips. Mix with wooden spoon until it holds together. Drop by level tablespoons onto a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake 14 min until bottoms are light brown. Cool on cookie sheet for 5 min then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
