1 Large or 2 small garlic buds
1 Lemon, juiced
½ C Water
½ C. Worcestershire sauce

Discard wingtips. Cut wings into 2 parts and place into a shallow pan. Let stand for 3-4 hours or overnight. Bake 350º for 1 1/2 hours turning once.
