1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
2 1/2 c. oatmeal
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Make dough into 1 1/4" balls and place approximately 2" apart on a cookie sheet. Bake 10-14 minutes until set. Press cup in center and let cool.
