Bean Sauce
1 large can pinto or kidney beans

Fresh garlic clove cut into little slivers

Large onion

Scoop of Crisco (large tablespoon)

Olives

Peeled and cubed uncook white potato

Salt pepper

Can of tomato paste

Sazon (look in Spanish section)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and garlic in tablespoon of Crisco

Add beans with the juice

Add less than 1 can of water

Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste

Add salt and pepper

Add garlic, olives and sazon one or two packets, I start with one then tend to add at least
another ˝ packet

Cook on medium flame until thick, it takes a few hours usually
