1 lb Polish sausage, cut into 1" pieces (or sub your favorite smoked sausage)
1/2 head of cabbage, cut into 1/2" wedges
20 small potatoes, quartered
1 small onion, sliced
Garlic butter (homemade or store bought)
Salt and pepper to taste
4 ice cubes

Preheat your grill to 400º.
Cut four 18x12" sheets of foil. Spray well with non-stick spray.
Divide the cabbage, potatoes and onion over foil sheets.
Add 1 ice cube to each mound.
Evenly divide the sausage between the packets and top with garlic butter (1-2 tablespoons per packet), salt and pepper.
Seal each packet well and place on grill.
Grill for 50 minutes, flipping the packets every 15 minutes.
Allow to rest 10 minutes before serving.
Serve with sour cream if desired.
You can also make these in your oven: bake at 425º for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Potato sizes can very, you'll want just over 1 cup diced/cubed potatoes per serving.
