1 lb ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs (I use Italian seasoned)
1 egg,beaten
1 cup milk
1 tbsp onion
1 tbsp catsup
1 tsp mustard
black pepper,to taste
Lawry's seasoning salt, to taste
1 tbsp flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package of wide egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the first 9 ingredients in large bowl. Knead with hands until throughly mixed. Form into small meatballs. Brown in margarine in large frying pan. Place meatballs in large casserole dish. Stir flour and enough liquid (water) into frying pan for a thin gravy (I usualy find I add a little more flour and about 1/4-1/2 c. water. Add soup and stir until hot and thickened. Pour over meatballs, cover with lid, and bake at 375 deg. for approximately 45-60 minutes. Serve over egg noodles. For real comfort food, serve over mashed potatoes.

Personal Notes:
I like doubling the flour and soup for more gravy. I often double the whole recipe as these meatballs leftover are delicious. This recipe came from a Swede in Minnesota and taste just like the ones I had in Sweden!
