2 cans Rotel Tomatos (Hot)
1 large can of red enchilada sauce
4 cans of chili beans
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow onion
2 lbs ground beef
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp chili powder
2 beef bouillon cubes
cilantro



Directions:
Directions:
Dice onion and bell pepper, brown in skillet with ground beef, bouillon cubes and garlic. Open all cans and dump into crockpot. Drain fat from beef and dump into crockpot. Mix in cumin and chili powder. Cook for 5 hours. Chop cilantro and add, cook for 1 hour and serve.
