2 T olive oil
1 small zucchini abd 1 small summer squash, cut into half moons
kosher salt and pepper
8 oz Italian sausage, casings removed
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
8 bo cook lasagna noodles, broken into small pieces
2 c marinara sauce
3 c low-sodium chicken broth
2 oz cream cheese, cut into small pieces
4 oz mozzarella, coarsely grated (1 c)

Heat oil in 12" cast-iron skillet over med-hi. Add zucchini and squash and season with 1/4 each salt and pepper and cook, tossing a couple of times until light golden brown, 3-4 min. Transfer to a plate. Reduce heat to med, add sausage, garlic and onion and cook, breaking up sausage with back of spoon, for 2 m. Add pasta and marinara, then broth and bring to a boil. Simmer vigorously, stirring often, til pasta is tender, 18-22 min. Heat broiler, fold cream cheese into the cooked paste to melt, then add zucchini and squash. Sprinkle with the mozzarella and broil until golden brown, about 2 min.
