1½ lbs. flank steak
3 cloves of garlic chopped fine
1 tbsp. of fresh ginger root chopped fine
¼ tsp. white pepper
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3 - 12 oz. bags of frozen Asian stir fry vegetable mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cut flank steak into ⅛ inch slices about 1½ inches lone. Marinate flank steak in 1 tsp. of olive oil, garlic, ginger, white pepper and soy sauce for one half hour. Stir fry marinated mixture in the remaining olive oil until meat is browned and cooked through, remove from pan, set aside. Stir fry frozen vegetables until done. Add back flank steak and serve.

Very good served over Chow Mein Noodles.
