4 to 6 tbs ( canola oi l) Or ( grape seeds oil ) Or ( vegetable oil.)

In a large sauce pan toast your sesame seeds on medium-low heat and stir regularly 4 to 5 minutes, do not burn it just light golden color and Sit a side to cool.
Use a food proposer to blend the sesame seed until a crumbly paste,
Add the oil one tablespoon at a time with out stopping the blender if you see the tahini begin to turn thin, stop adding oil .
blend until turns smooth paste.
Keep tahini in a sealed clean jar in a cool place .
