3 loaves frozen Bread Dough
2 lbs Sausage
2 Eggs
12 oz Mozzarella Cheese
6 tsp Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Let dough thaw. Brown sausage and drain well. Beat eggs and reserve a small amount to brush loaf for browning. Combine sausage, eggs, and cheeses and spread on the rolled out loaf. Pinch to seal and stitch with toothpicks. Brush with egg and let rise for 30 minutes.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Don't put an over amount of meat and cheese as it will sometimes burst open.
